Product Introduction
The method described in UL 94 standard involves the standard size of the sample and the measurement and description of the flammability of materials used in equipment and electrical appliances, as well as the reaction to heat and combustion under laboratory controlled conditions. The actual response of materials to heat and combustion depends on their size and form, as well as the ultimate use of the material product. Other important features of evaluating the ultimate use of materials include but are not limited to: ease of ignition, combustion rate, flame spread, contribution of fuel, combustion intensity, and combustion products.
The plastic flammability tester is designed according to the standard UL 94 and is used to measure the combustion performance of plastics and plastic components, in order to determine the fire resistance level of plastics.
