The Dry microbial penetration tester is mainly used to measure the bacterial penetration resistance of materials to dry particles within the size range of human dandruff. During the test, the samples were fixed on the containers respectively. Five containers containing Bacillus subtilis talcum powder and one container containing uninfected talcum powder were used as control. Insert a Petri dish at the bottom of each container near time.
The equipment for supporting the container is vibrated by a balloon oscillator, and all talcum powder penetrating the sample falls on the culture dish, and the culture dish is removed for culture. The results were evaluated by counting the growing colonies. The negative pressure experimental system of this product is equipped with fan exhaust system and high-efficiency air inlet and outlet filter to ensure the safety of operators.
The Dry Penetration Tester comprises:
(1) Pneumatic ball oscillator: the external air source passes through the pneumatic ball oscillator, and the vibration frequency is maintained at the target frequency after corresponding adjustment and correction. It can generate 20,800 vibrations per minute with a force of 650N.
(2) Compressed air flowmeter: it is mainly used to measure air flow with vibration frequency of 20800(347Hz) times per minute.
(3) Test containers: This instrument has 6 stainless steel test containers with metal pistons at the top. The metal piston can be inserted to 10mm below the cover through the central hole on the cover, and ensure that the test piece does not relax after insertion. At the same time, the attachment at the bottom of each container has a slot in which a culture dish is inserted.
(4) Marble board: Marble with an area of 400mm*400mm and a thickness of 10mm is used as the operating platform of the whole instrument.
(5) Fixing plate: a stainless steel plate with 6 holes, which is fixed on the stone plate with a clamp for fixing and installing the test container.
(6) Rubber supports: with 4 rubber supports, used to adjust the level, fix the position of the instrument and prevent it from moving.
