4. Adjust the gas flow control valve to the minimum.
5. Open the main valve of the gas tank, connect the gas source, press the gas supply key 10, and at the same time use a lighter or a match to ignite and adjust, adjust the pressure of the gas pressure regulating valve to 0.1Mpa, adjust the gas flow regulating valve 14, and at the same time make the gas The back pressure of the U-type pressure gauge 26 reaches the appropriate pressure to bring the flame to the standard height. The burner should be in a vertical position when firing. (If a premixed burner is used, it is necessary to connect the compressed air source and adjust the pressure to 0.1Mpa, and adjust the air flow regulating valve 15 to make the flame meet the requirements.)
6. UL94 horizontal and vertical Flame Chamber burner angle and sample installation:
①When testing the horizontal combustion HB level (50W), the combustion angle is 45°, the flame height is 20±2m, and the horizontal insertion distance of the sample into the flame is 6mm
② When testing V-0, V-1, V-2 grades (50W), the combustion angle is 0° (when there is burning droplets, it is changed to 45°), the flame height is 20±1mm, and the distance from the bottom of the sample to burning The vertical distance of the nozzle is 10mm.
③ When testing 5VA and 5VB grades (500W), the combustion angle is 20°, the height of the inner flame is 40±2mm, the height of the outer flame is 125±5mm, and the bottom or side of the sample is 40mm from the centerline of the burner nozzle.
