Horizontal Burning Tester experimental operation method:
1. Use the gas pipe to connect the burner, the control box and the gas tank's airway, and check the airway interface to prevent air leakage.
2. Turn on the power switch 9, and set the flame application time 1, after-flame time 2 and after-burning time 3 as required (it can be set to a short time during debugging).
3. Clamp the sample well, tilt the burner to a certain angle (0°, 20°, 45°), and adjust the clamp 30 and the sample to the test position.
4. Adjust the gas flow control valve to the minimum.
5. Open the main valve of the gas tank, connect the gas source, press the gas supply key 10, and at the same time use a lighter or a match to ignite and adjust, adjust the pressure of the gas pressure regulating valve to 0.1Mpa, adjust the gas flow regulating valve 14, and at the same time make the gas Back pressure - U-shaped manometer 26 pressure to the appropriate pressure to bring the flame to the standard height. The burner should be in a vertical position when firing. (If you use a premixed burner, you need to connect the compressed air source and adjust the pressure to 0.1Mpa, and adjust the air flow control valve 15 to make the flame meet the requirements.)
