4. Adjust the gas flow regulating valve to the minimum.
5. Open the main valve of the gas tank, connect the gas source, press the gas supply key 10, and at the same time use a lighter or a match to ignite and adjust, adjust the pressure of the gas pressure regulating valve to 0.1Mpa, adjust the gas flow regulating valve 14, and make the gas The pressure of the back pressure—U-shaped pressure gauge 26 reaches an appropriate pressure, so that the flame reaches the standard height. The burner should be in a vertical position when igniting. (If a premixed burner is used, it is necessary to connect the compressed air source and adjust the pressure to 0.1Mpa, and adjust the air flow regulating valve 15 to allow the flame to meet the requirements.)
6. The angle of the burner of the horizontal and vertical combustion tester and the installation of the sample:
① When testing horizontal combustion HB level (50W), the combustion angle is 45°, the flame height is 20±2m, and the distance of the sample inserted into the flame in the horizontal direction is 6mm
② When testing V-0, V-1, V-2 grades (50W), the burning angle is 0° (change to 45° when there are burning drops), the flame height is 20±1mm, and the distance from the bottom of the sample to the burning The vertical distance of the nozzle nozzle is 10mm.
③ When testing 5VA, 5VB level (500W) combustion, the combustion angle is 20°, the height of the inner flame of the flame is 40±2mm, the height of the outer flame is 125±5mm, and the distance from the bottom or side of the sample to the center line of the burner nozzle is 40mm.
