Unique wear process
Place the material to be tested on the turntable, and two grinding wheels press a certain weight on the material to cause it to be worn.
The grinding wheel rotates with the rotating surface of the sample disk, generating relative motion and wear. During the rotation process, the deviation of the grinding wheel shaft relative to the rotating shaft of the turntable generates sliding motion, thus causing material wear.
When the sample with an area of 10x10cm is subjected to wear, the surface material of the sample is worn by full angle particles or silk like fabrics, forming a complete circular ring.
