Notes for horizontal and vertical combustion tester:
1. Operators should wear flame-resistant clothing to avoid being ignited by flames or burning substances, and be careful not to touch with hands
2. When the flame goes out accidentally, it should be re-ignited as soon as possible or press the "GAS OFF" button
3. When the operator temporarily leaves the instrument, he should press the "GAS OFF" button in time
4. The exhaust fan can only be turned on after the experiment is over
maintenance:
1. The moving device of the blowtorch bracket and the lateral moving device of the sample fixture do not need to be lubricated, and only need to adjust the tightness of the fixing bolts on the back; if the vertical moving device of the sample fixture is not flexible, there may be burning residues in the sliding teeth. Compressed air blows away residue
2. Before each test, check whether there is any residue in the blowtorch
3. Do not lubricate the exhaust fan
4. After the test every day, wipe the inner wall of the box and the observation window
5. After using for a period of time, clean the sample holder with a suitable detergent
6. Do a flame calibration every three months or half a year
