Product Introduction:
The cyclic compression porosity meter adopts advanced technology to repeatedly apply pressure on the sample and measure the characteristics of the pore structure after the required number of turns. The pressure cycling and testing after any required number of turns are automatically continued.
Operating principle: The holes on the sample are automatically filled with moist liquid, and the sample is placed in the sample chamber and subjected to a specified pressure limit pressure cycle on the sample. At the end of the required number of pressure cycles, the pressure of the non reactive gas on one side of the sample is increased to replace the position of the liquid in the hole, and the initial airflow through the hole is measured to measure the pressure and flow rate. The sample is tested under wet and dry conditions. After obtaining data, the sample is re wetted and cyclic pressure is applied again. The pressure box flow rate is measured after the required number of turns, and the test is continued based on the number of pressure turns to obtain data.
